Two answers come up more than any others, so they are here to save you an email.
CEUs. Digital Zen does not issue CEUs. The curriculum is designed against the IAAP CAP Body of Knowledge so participants self-submit for recertification points through IAAP or their employer. Provider approval is in progress.
Refunds. All cohort enrollments are final. There are no refunds, no partial refunds, and no credit for missed sessions. The one exception runs in your favor: if the cohort does not run, you are refunded in full. The full policy is in the enrollment terms.
A note on the name at checkout
Digital Zen is a subsidiary of Fusion AI Consulting LLC. Payments are processed by the parent company, so your receipt and your card statement will read Fusion AI Consulting. Nothing has gone wrong if you see that name.
