This site is run by Fusion AI Consulting LLC under the Digital Zen brand. Use the free material for your own work, do not republish it, and understand that training is education rather than professional advice. We collect the information you hand us on forms plus basic technical data from your visit. We use it to run the business and talk to you. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement. Read them before you use the site.
T01Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Fusion AI Consulting LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company operating the Digital Zen brand ("Digital Zen," "we," "us," "our"). "You" means anyone who visits digitalzen.site, downloads a resource, submits a form, subscribes to our email list, or buys a product or program from us.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
T02What these terms cover
These terms cover digitalzen.site and everything we make available through it, including:
- Free resources, guides, kits, quizzes, and scorecards
- The Dispatch newsletter and any other email or SMS we send you
- Paid digital products
- Live training programs, including AI Fluency for Administrative Professionals
One exception. Enrollment in AI Fluency for Administrative Professionals is governed by the Cohort Enrollment Terms, which cover payment, the all-sales-final policy, attendance, and program conditions in detail. Where those terms and these terms conflict on a cohort matter, the Cohort Enrollment Terms control.
T03Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. If we make a change that materially affects a program you have already paid for, that program's own terms govern what we can and cannot change.
We do not send a notification every time we correct a typo. Check the effective date at the top of this page if you want to know whether anything has moved.
T04Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a form, or purchase anything from us. This site is built for working administrative professionals and is not directed to children. See Section P15 for how we handle information from children.
T05Free resources
We give away guides, kits, templates, quizzes, and scorecards, usually in exchange for an email address. You may use them for your own work and inside your own organization. You may not resell them, republish them, post them on a public site or file-sharing service, or distribute them as your own.
Free resources are provided as they are. We may change or withdraw any of them at any time.
T06Paid products and programs
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the page for each product. Payment is processed through our payment provider. Your access begins once payment clears.
What appears on your statement. Digital Zen payment forms run on the Fusion AI Consulting account, so your receipt, your card statement, and your payment confirmation email will read Fusion AI Consulting rather than Digital Zen. This is expected. Fusion AI Consulting LLC is the legal entity behind Digital Zen. Do not treat it as an unfamiliar charge.
Refund terms are set per product. For the cohort, see the Cohort Enrollment Terms.
T07Intellectual property
Everything on this site is owned by Fusion AI Consulting LLC or licensed to us: the written content, course materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, prompts, recordings, graphics, page design, the Digital Zen name, and the lotus mark.
When you download a resource or enroll in a program, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own work and inside your own organization. You do not get ownership, and you do not get the right to teach, resell, or license it to anyone else.
T08What you may not do
You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute our material outside your own organization
- Use our material to build or deliver a competing training product
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download this site
- Use our content as training data for a machine learning or AI model
- Share your program access, login, or session link with anyone who has not paid
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Digital Zen
- Interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate your access for any of the above, without refund.
T09What you submit to us
When you fill in a form, take a quiz or scorecard, ask a question in a session, or send us feedback, you are responsible for what you submit. Keep it lawful and keep it yours to share.
Do not send us your employer's confidential information. Not in a form, not in a quiz, not in a chat message, not in a workflow you share during a session. If a training exercise calls for real work material, remove names, client details, financial figures, and anything your employer would treat as confidential before you bring it into the room.
If you send us feedback, a suggestion, or an idea about our programs, you grant us the right to use it without owing you anything for it. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential.
T10Email and SMS
When you give us your email address, you are asking to hear from us. We send educational content, program announcements, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honor it.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we may text you about programs you have joined or asked about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for assistance.
Transactional messages are different from marketing. If you have paid for a program, we will still send you receipts, session links, schedule changes, and account notices even if you have unsubscribed from marketing.
T11Third-party tools, links, and platforms
We teach and reference third-party tools, and we run our own business on third-party platforms. Our site links out to other sites. We do not control any of them.
Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Before you put work information into any AI tool we cover in training, check your employer's policy on it. That is your responsibility and your employer's, not ours.
T12Education, not professional advice
Everything we publish and teach is educational. It is not legal advice, HR advice, financial advice, tax advice, cybersecurity advice, or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship between us.
Decisions about what tools your organization adopts, what data may be entered into them, and what policies apply to your role belong to you and your employer. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
T13No guarantee of results
We do not promise a job, a promotion, a raise, a certification, a specific time saving, or any particular outcome from using our material or completing a program. What you get out of training depends on your work, your role, and your organization.
Digital Zen does not issue continuing education units. Where our curriculum is designed against the IAAP CAP Body of Knowledge, participants self-submit for consideration and the awarding decision belongs to IAAP, not to us. Provider approval is in progress and is not promised.
T14Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, current, or suited to your circumstances.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
T15Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion AI Consulting LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of this site, our material, or our programs.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.
T16Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion AI Consulting LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or our material, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
T17Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site, a resource, or a program if you breach these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the applicable product terms say enrollment is final. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
T18Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, email us. Most problems are a misunderstanding about access, billing, or scheduling, and those get solved faster in an inbox than in a courtroom.
T19Entire agreement and severability
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy below and any product-specific terms, are the whole agreement between us regarding your use of this site. They replace any prior conversation, email, or marketing statement. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who touches it, and how to get it removed.
P01What this policy covers
This policy covers information we collect through digitalzen.site, our forms, our email and SMS communications, and our training programs. It applies to Digital Zen, operated by Fusion AI Consulting LLC.
Fusion AI Consulting LLC also operates a separate brand at its own domain. This policy describes the Digital Zen side of the business.
P02Information you give us
Most of what we hold is information you typed into a form yourself:
- Contact details. Name, email address, and where you provide it, phone number, job title, and employer name
- Form and assessment responses. Answers you give in our quizzes, scorecards, waitlist forms, and intake forms
- Enrollment details. What you bought, when, which payment option you chose, and your acceptance of the applicable terms
- Billing information. Where an employer is paying, the billing contact and purchase order or invoice details you supply
- Program participation. Attendance, work you submit or present, and questions you ask during sessions
- Correspondence. Emails, texts, and messages you send us
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor. We see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the charge succeeded.
P03Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our platform records ordinary technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. If you arrive from a link in one of our emails, we can see that you clicked it and which email it came from.
P04Cookies and similar technologies
We use or may use the following categories of cookie and similar technology:
| Category | What it does | Can you refuse it |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Makes pages load, keeps forms working, keeps checkout secure | No. The site will not function without these |
| Functional | Remembers preferences and whether you have already seen or submitted something | Yes, through your browser settings |
| Analytics | Tells us which pages get read, where visitors come from, and where they leave | Yes, through your browser settings or a Global Privacy Control signal |
| Advertising | Measures whether an ad led to a signup or a purchase, and supports retargeting | Yes, through your browser settings, a Global Privacy Control signal, or the ad platform's own opt-out |
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the site, including checkout.
P05How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Deliver the resource, product, or program you asked for
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle invoices and purchase orders
- Send session links, calendar invitations, materials, and schedule changes
- Send educational content, program announcements, and offers you have opted into
- Answer your questions and provide support
- Understand which content and pages are useful so we can improve them
- Keep records of enrollment and terms acceptance, including for payment disputes
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
P06We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our list. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
Some privacy laws define "sharing" broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where we use advertising or retargeting technology, you can opt out through your browser settings, a Global Privacy Control signal, or the relevant ad platform's own controls. See Section P13.
P07Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who run parts of our business. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Our website, CRM, forms, email, SMS, and payment forms |
| Stripe | Card processing, through GoHighLevel. Stripe receives your card details directly |
| Business email, file storage, calendar, and Google Meet for live sessions | |
| Analytics and advertising platforms | Where enabled, site measurement and ad conversion tracking |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when we need to enforce our terms or defend a legal claim, when a payment processor requests records during a dispute, or if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case your information moves with it and this policy continues to apply until we tell you otherwise.
P08Payments
Payments run through our payment provider on the Fusion AI Consulting account. Your receipt and card statement will read Fusion AI Consulting rather than Digital Zen. We retain the transaction record, the amount, the date, the payment method type, and the last four digits of the card, together with your acceptance of the applicable terms.
P09Live sessions and recordings
Live program sessions are recorded so participants can rewatch them. If you speak, appear on camera, or post in chat, you may be captured in the recording. Recordings are made available to participants of that program and are not published publicly.
Pennsylvania requires the consent of all parties to record a conversation. Your consent to session recording is covered in Section 09 of the Cohort Enrollment Terms, which you accept at checkout, and the meeting platform announces recording when it begins. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use chat.
P10Email and SMS
We keep a record of your subscription status, which emails we sent you, and whether you opened or clicked them. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Text messages stop when you reply STOP.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about a program you have paid for.
P11How long we keep information
- Subscriber records. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by accident
- Transaction and enrollment records. As long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes, typically at least seven years
- Program materials and recordings. For as long as we offer participants access to them
- Form and assessment responses. Until they are no longer useful, or until you ask us to delete them
P12How we protect information
We rely on the security controls of the platforms that hold our data, use access controls and multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and limit who can reach your information to the people who need it to do the work.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
P13Your choices and your rights
Some US states give residents specific privacy rights. Rather than sort you by address, we extend the following to anyone who asks, regardless of where you live:
- Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep
- Portability. Ask for a copy in a usable format
- Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text
- Opt out of targeted advertising. Ask us to stop, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser
- No retaliation. We will not charge you more or give you a worse experience for exercising any of these
Email [email protected] with what you want. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 45 days.
P14Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where our platform supports it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising. Browser "Do Not Track" settings are not standardized and we do not currently respond to them separately.
P15Children
This site is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
P16Links to other sites
Our content links to other sites and tools. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's property and their privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
P17Visitors outside the United States
We operate in the United States and our service providers store data in the United States. If you visit from another country, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws differ from those where you live. Do not use this site or submit information to us if you are not comfortable with that.
P18Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version posted here is the version in effect, and the effective date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be announced by email to subscribers.
