Enrollment is final. There are no refunds, no partial refunds, and no credit for sessions you miss. The one exception runs in your favor: if the cohort does not run, you are refunded in full. Everything below is the detail behind that.
01Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Participant") and Fusion AI Consulting LLC, operating the Digital Zen brand ("Digital Zen," "we," "us"). By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm you have read these terms, you accept them, and you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
If your employer is paying on your behalf, you remain the Participant and these terms still apply to you. Your employer's purchasing terms do not replace these unless we have signed a separate agreement.
How you accept these terms. At checkout you tick a box confirming you have read and accept these terms, and that box links back to this page. You cannot complete payment without it. The enrollment page, the checkout, and your confirmation email each state the all-sales-final policy before and after you pay.
02What you are enrolling in
AI Fluency for Administrative Professionals (the “Program”) is a six-week, live, cohort-based training program from Digital Zen. This is the founding cohort. Enrollment includes:
- Six live group sessions, delivered online
- Recordings of every live session
- Course materials, templates, and worksheets
- Coaching and feedback on your capstone workflow build
- Access to the founding cohort community for the duration of the program
- A written business case you can submit to your employer for reimbursement
Enrollment is personal to you. You may not share, resell, or transfer your seat, login, or materials to another person.
03Schedule
Live sessions run Tuesdays, 2:00 to 3:15 PM Eastern Time, on September 15, September 22, September 29, October 6, October 13, and October 20, 2026.
We may adjust a session date or time if circumstances require it. If we do, you will get as much notice as possible, a recording will be available, and a schedule change is not grounds for a refund.
04Price and payment
The founding cohort price is $997 USD when paid in full.
A two-payment option is available at $549 USD per payment, for a total of $1,098 USD. The first payment is taken at enrollment. The second payment is charged automatically to the same payment method approximately 30 days after the first.
Payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. All amounts are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or bank fees your institution applies.
05If a payment-plan installment fails
If your second installment does not clear, we will notify you and attempt the charge again. If the balance remains unpaid seven days after the original due date, we may suspend your access to live sessions, recordings, and materials until the balance is settled. Suspension for non-payment does not cancel the amount you owe, and it does not entitle you to a refund of the first installment.
06All enrollments are final
There are no refunds. Once payment is submitted, your enrollment is final. This includes, without limitation: changing your mind, a change in your work schedule, a change in your employment, missing some or all of the live sessions, deciding the program is not what you expected, or your employer declining to reimburse you.
There are no partial refunds, no prorated refunds, and no account credit for unused sessions or unused materials.
This policy exists because the cohort is capped at eight seats. When you take one, that seat is closed to every other applicant and the coaching capacity is committed to you whether or not you attend. The schedule, format, time commitment, and this policy are all published before checkout so you can make the decision before you pay rather than after.
If you are not certain the September 15 to October 20 window works for you, do not enroll in this cohort. Wait for the next one.
07If the cohort does not run
If we cancel the cohort before it begins, or fail to deliver the program, you will be offered your choice of a full refund of all amounts paid, or a seat in the next cohort at the price you paid. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned.
08Transfers and deferrals
Enrollment is not transferable to another person, and there is no automatic right to defer to a later cohort. In genuine emergencies we may, entirely at our discretion, offer a one-time deferral to the next scheduled cohort. Requests must be made in writing before the third live session. A deferral granted as a courtesy does not set a precedent and does not convert into a refund.
09Attendance and recordings
Live participation is the design of the program, and the capstone depends on feedback given in session. All sessions are recorded and posted, typically within 24 hours. Missing sessions does not reduce your fee or extend the program.
Live sessions are recorded. If you speak, appear on camera, or use chat, you may be captured in the recording, and you consent to that recording being made available to participants in this cohort. We will not publish a recording that identifies you externally, for marketing or otherwise, without your written permission.
10Materials and intellectual property
All course materials, templates, frameworks, slides, and recordings remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own professional work, including inside your employer's organization.
You may not resell, republish, distribute, share access to, or use our materials to build a competing training program. You may not upload our materials to a public repository, a shared drive outside your organization, or a third-party platform where others can access them.
Work you create during the program — your workflow, your automation, your SOP, your capstone — belongs to you or to your employer, as your employment arrangement determines. We claim no ownership over it.
11Your employer's data and AI tools
This program teaches you to use AI tools in a real work context. You are responsible for following your employer's data, privacy, security, and AI-use policies at all times. Do not input confidential, personal, regulated, or client data into any AI tool unless your organization permits it.
We provide guidance on evaluating what is safe to input, but we do not have visibility into your organization's policies, contracts, or regulatory obligations. We are not responsible for any data handling decision you make, and you should confirm your approach with your IT, legal, or compliance team before deploying a workflow that touches organizational data.
12Confidentiality within the cohort
Participants discuss real workplace situations. What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. Do not record, screenshot, quote, or repeat another participant's contributions outside the group. This applies to you and it applies to us.
13No guarantee of outcome
This program is education. We do not guarantee any specific result, including a promotion, a raise, a new role, a certification, a passing score, a particular time saving, or a particular business outcome. What you get out of the program depends on your participation, your role, your organization, and factors outside our control.
14IAAP and continuing education
The curriculum is designed against the IAAP CAP Body of Knowledge so that participants can self-submit for recertification points through IAAP or through their employer. Provider approval is in progress. Digital Zen does not issue CEUs and does not guarantee that any submission will be accepted. Acceptance of recertification points is decided by IAAP or your employer, not by us.
15Conduct
We expect professional conduct in every session and in the community. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or persistent disruption is grounds for removal from the program without refund. This is not a technicality we expect to use, but it is stated so the standard is clear.
16Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first. We will look at it and respond. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is a breach of these terms, and we may terminate your access to the program while the dispute is open. We keep records of your enrollment, the terms presented to you at checkout, the date and time of payment, and your program access, and we will provide them to the payment processor in response to a dispute.
17Communications
By enrolling you agree to receive program communications from us by email, including session reminders, materials, and administrative notices. These are required for the program to function and cannot be unsubscribed from while you are enrolled. Marketing emails are separate and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.
18Changes to the program
We may adjust curriculum, session content, tools covered, or delivery format where it improves the program or where circumstances require it. The core commitment does not change: six live sessions and coached delivery of a capstone workflow.
19Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this program is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
20Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
21Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, are the whole agreement between us regarding cohort enrollment. They replace any prior conversation, email, or marketing statement. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms for future cohorts; the version in effect on your enrollment date governs your enrollment.
