Most admin pros already own the tools. Almost nobody uses more than a fraction of them. Digital Zen closes the gap between the software on your desk and the work you are capable of doing with it.
What Digital Zen is
Digital Zen is a resource hub and a training brand for executive assistants, administrative professionals, and operations coordinators. The work is practical. You bring a real task from a real job, and you leave with a system running against it.
There is no hype here about AI replacing your role. The useful question is narrower and more valuable: which parts of your week are repeatable, and what happens to your day when those parts run themselves.
About the name. Zen here means the effortless flow of mastery, the state where the tool stops fighting you. It is not a promise of calm, wellness, or slowing down. Digital Zen is about competence, not comfort.
Who it is for
Digital Zen is built for the professional everyone relies on. You run the calendar, the inbox, the documents, the follow-up, and the systems nobody else wants to own. You are already good at your job. You want to be better with the tools.
Digital Zen speaks to practitioners. If you own the business and want AI deployed across your team, the org-level work lives with the parent company, Fusion AI Consulting.
How the training is built
Four layers, from free to flagship. Start wherever your budget and your calendar allow.
Free resource library
Guides, tutorials, and tip sheets. Practical, specific, no signup wall beyond an email address. Browse the library.
The Dispatch
A weekly newsletter, every Tuesday. One tool or one technique per send, written to be used the same week. Subscribe.
Self-paced training
Focused courses on a single tool or a single workflow, for when you want depth on one thing without a live schedule.
The live cohort
AI Fluency for Administrative Professionals. Six live sessions, a small group, and a capstone workflow you deploy in your real job. See the cohort.
What you will not find here
No prompt lists with no context. No claims about tools nobody has tested in a real workday. No promise of a result outside your control.
The curriculum is designed against the IAAP CAP Body of Knowledge so participants are able to self-submit for recertification points through IAAP or their employer. Digital Zen does not issue CEUs. Provider approval is in progress.
Who runs it
Digital Zen was founded by Kristy Murray and operates as a subsidiary of Fusion AI Consulting LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Fusion AI Consulting works with business owners at the organizational level. Digital Zen works with the professionals doing the job.
