Is This For Me?

Built for admins who are ready to go beyond capable.

The Operator Track is for administrative professionals who already know the tools — and are ready to build the systems that make those tools actually work together.

You're in the right place if you…
  • Are an EA, VA, or admin pro who handles operations for one or more executives or departments
  • Know the tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, scheduling software) but feel like you're patching things together
  • Want to build systems that actually run without constant intervention — from you or anyone else
  • Are curious about AI but want practical implementation, not theory
  • Want to bring something back to your organization that demonstrates clear operational value
  • Work independently enough to apply what you learn during the cohort
This is not the right fit if you…
  • Have no existing admin or operations experience — this isn't an intro course
  • Are looking for a certification program with instructor-assigned grades
  • Want to learn AI tools in the abstract without applying them to real workflows
  • Prefer fully self-paced learning with no live interaction
  • Are a business owner looking to build systems for your own company (that's a different offer)
The Problem

Most admins are skilled. Their systems are not.

The gap isn't knowledge — it's infrastructure. Here's what that actually looks like day to day.

🔀

Workflows live in your head

You know how everything gets done — but it's not written down, not repeatable, and not something anyone else could pick up if you were out sick tomorrow.

🛠️

Tools that don't talk to each other

You use 6 different apps to do one thing. Something falls through the cracks every week. The "system" is a combination of sticky notes, email, and tribal memory.

🤯

AI hype with no clear path

You've tried ChatGPT, Copilot, maybe a few others. They're useful for one-off tasks. But you have no idea how to make AI a real, consistent part of your operations workflow.

🔁

Constant context-switching

Every interruption costs you 20 minutes. The work isn't hard — but there's no structure protecting your focus. Everything feels urgent because nothing has a defined home.

📉

Invisible work, invisible value

You're holding the organization together — but no one sees it. Because the work isn't documented or measured, it's impossible to demonstrate the impact you're actually having.

😤

Trained on everything, supported on nothing

You've done online courses, watched YouTube tutorials, collected templates. But nothing shows you how to take your specific workflows and actually build a working system around them.

The Curriculum

Four courses. Six weeks. One complete system.

Each course builds on the last. By the end, you don't just know more — you have a fully documented, AI-integrated operational system for your role.

Week 1
Course 1 of 4

Workflow Diagnosis

Before you can fix anything, you need to see it clearly. This course teaches you how to map what's actually happening in your organization's operations — not what should be happening — and identify exactly where the friction lives.

M1 Mapping current-state workflows end to end
M2 Identifying bottlenecks, handoff gaps, and failure points
M3 Prioritizing what to fix first — and what to leave alone
M4 Building a findings summary your stakeholders can actually read

Week 1 Deliverable: Current State Workflow Map + Findings Summary for a real workflow in your organization

Week 2
Course 2 of 4

Automation Implementation

You've mapped the problem. Now you build the fix. This course covers the practical mechanics of connecting tools, automating handoffs, and documenting the system so it survives your absence.

M1 Selecting the right automation approach for each workflow type
M2 Building trigger-action sequences without a technical background
M3 Error-handling — what breaks, how to catch it, how to fix it fast
M4 Documenting automations so others can maintain them
M5 Testing, deploying, and handing off a live automation

Week 2 Deliverable: A documented automation system — built, tested, and running on a real workflow from your organization

Weeks 3–4
Course 3 of 4 · 2 weeks

AI for Operations

This is where AI stops being a curiosity and becomes a working part of your operations stack. Two weeks because the application layer takes time — you're not just learning the tools, you're building the layer of human judgment that makes them reliable.

M1 Choosing the right AI tool for each operational task type
M2 Writing SOPs with AI — structure, prompts, and the human review layer
M3 Integrating AI into existing workflows without breaking what works
M4 Quality control — what AI gets wrong, how to catch it before it costs you
M5 Building repeatable prompt frameworks your whole team can use

Weeks 3–4 Deliverable: AI-assisted SOP package with a human review layer — ready for your organization to use and maintain

Weeks 5–6
Course 4 of 4 · 2 weeks

System Ownership & Reporting

Ownership is different from execution. This course teaches you how to run, measure, and continuously improve the systems you've built — and how to communicate their impact to the executives and leadership teams who depend on them.

M1 Building an operational dashboard that surfaces what actually matters
M2 Defining metrics that demonstrate operational value to leadership
M3 The monthly reporting cycle — what to track, how to present it
M4 Managing change — updating systems without creating chaos
M5 Building the case for ongoing operational investment

Weeks 5–6 Deliverable: Operational dashboard + monthly report template, ready to use with your actual stakeholders

Capstone Project

The Systems Ownership Package

Your final deliverable isn't a test or a quiz — it's a real operational asset. By the end of week 6, you've assembled everything you built during the cohort into a single, presentation-ready Systems Ownership Package for your organization.

  • Workflow Map
  • Lead Intake Automation
  • AI SOP Package
  • Operational Dashboard
  • Monthly Report Template
How It Works

Structured enough to finish. Flexible enough to fit your schedule.

01

Work async at your own pace

Each week's course modules are self-paced. Watch on your schedule — mornings, evenings, or whenever you have 30–45 minutes of focused time.

02

Apply it to your real work

Every module comes with a practice prompt that uses your actual workflows — not generic hypotheticals. You're building real assets from week one.

03

One live call per week

Bring your questions, your work-in-progress, and your blockers. The weekly group call is where you get unstuck, get feedback, and learn from what everyone else is building.

04

Leave with a complete system

By week 6, you have a Capstone — a documented, AI-integrated operational system you built yourself and can actually use in your organization starting week 7.

What's Included

Everything you need — nothing you don't.

🎬

19 self-paced lessons

Across 4 courses — practical, no-fluff video modules averaging 20–30 minutes each. Rewatch anything at any time with lifetime access.

🎙️

6 weekly live group calls

One per week with Kristy and your cohort peers. Bring your real work. Get real feedback. Every call is recorded for replay.

📋

4 course deliverables

A workflow map, automation system, AI SOP package, and operational dashboard — all built using your organization's actual workflows.

🎓

Capstone: Systems Ownership Package

Your final deliverable — a complete, presentation-ready operational system you assembled yourself and can use the day you finish.

💬

Private cohort channel

A dedicated space for your cohort to ask questions, share work-in-progress, and support each other through the 6 weeks.

♾️

Lifetime access

All course materials, recordings, and templates are yours to keep. When the curriculum updates, you get the updates.
