The Operator Track is for administrative professionals who already know the tools — and are ready to build the systems that make those tools actually work together.
The gap isn't knowledge — it's infrastructure. Here's what that actually looks like day to day.
You know how everything gets done — but it's not written down, not repeatable, and not something anyone else could pick up if you were out sick tomorrow.
You use 6 different apps to do one thing. Something falls through the cracks every week. The "system" is a combination of sticky notes, email, and tribal memory.
You've tried ChatGPT, Copilot, maybe a few others. They're useful for one-off tasks. But you have no idea how to make AI a real, consistent part of your operations workflow.
Every interruption costs you 20 minutes. The work isn't hard — but there's no structure protecting your focus. Everything feels urgent because nothing has a defined home.
You're holding the organization together — but no one sees it. Because the work isn't documented or measured, it's impossible to demonstrate the impact you're actually having.
You've done online courses, watched YouTube tutorials, collected templates. But nothing shows you how to take your specific workflows and actually build a working system around them.
Each course builds on the last. By the end, you don't just know more — you have a fully documented, AI-integrated operational system for your role.
Before you can fix anything, you need to see it clearly. This course teaches you how to map what's actually happening in your organization's operations — not what should be happening — and identify exactly where the friction lives.
Week 1 Deliverable: Current State Workflow Map + Findings Summary for a real workflow in your organization
You've mapped the problem. Now you build the fix. This course covers the practical mechanics of connecting tools, automating handoffs, and documenting the system so it survives your absence.
Week 2 Deliverable: A documented automation system — built, tested, and running on a real workflow from your organization
This is where AI stops being a curiosity and becomes a working part of your operations stack. Two weeks because the application layer takes time — you're not just learning the tools, you're building the layer of human judgment that makes them reliable.
Weeks 3–4 Deliverable: AI-assisted SOP package with a human review layer — ready for your organization to use and maintain
Ownership is different from execution. This course teaches you how to run, measure, and continuously improve the systems you've built — and how to communicate their impact to the executives and leadership teams who depend on them.
Weeks 5–6 Deliverable: Operational dashboard + monthly report template, ready to use with your actual stakeholders
Your final deliverable isn't a test or a quiz — it's a real operational asset. By the end of week 6, you've assembled everything you built during the cohort into a single, presentation-ready Systems Ownership Package for your organization.
Each week's course modules are self-paced. Watch on your schedule — mornings, evenings, or whenever you have 30–45 minutes of focused time.
Every module comes with a practice prompt that uses your actual workflows — not generic hypotheticals. You're building real assets from week one.
Bring your questions, your work-in-progress, and your blockers. The weekly group call is where you get unstuck, get feedback, and learn from what everyone else is building.
By week 6, you have a Capstone — a documented, AI-integrated operational system you built yourself and can actually use in your organization starting week 7.
Across 4 courses — practical, no-fluff video modules averaging 20–30 minutes each. Rewatch anything at any time with lifetime access.
One per week with Kristy and your cohort peers. Bring your real work. Get real feedback. Every call is recorded for replay.
A workflow map, automation system, AI SOP package, and operational dashboard — all built using your organization's actual workflows.
Your final deliverable — a complete, presentation-ready operational system you assembled yourself and can use the day you finish.
A dedicated space for your cohort to ask questions, share work-in-progress, and support each other through the 6 weeks.
All course materials, recordings, and templates are yours to keep. When the curriculum updates, you get the updates.
Founding members get the full program at $997 — $500 less than the standard rate. Once the first cohort closes, that price is gone. Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens.
