This cohort is eight seats. When you take one, it comes off the market and no one else can have it. So enrollment is final: no refunds, no partial refunds, and no credit for sessions you miss. Read the schedule above and the fit check to your left before you pay, and if the timing is wrong, wait for the next cohort instead. The one exception runs the other way — if the cohort does not run, you are refunded in full.

You get a confirmation email within minutes containing your receipt, an invoice you can submit for reimbursement, the Google Meet link for all six sessions, and a short pre-cohort checklist. Add the six session dates to your calendar the same day. The week before the cohort starts you get the tools checklist and a short intake so the first session is built around what you actually do.
Yes. Use the invoice request link above and one goes out the same day, made out to your organization with the details a purchasing team needs. Your seat is held for five business days from the invoice date, or until enrollment closes on August 31, whichever comes first. If your finance cycle is slower than that, say so and it can be worked out.
No. Enrollment is final once payment goes through — no refunds, no partial refunds, and no credit for sessions you miss. Eight seats means your seat is closed to everyone else the moment you take it. This is stated plainly rather than buried, because the honest move is to let you decide before you pay, not after. If you are not certain the September 15 to October 20 window works, take the next cohort instead.
Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You keep access permanently. That said, the cohort is built around live participation and the capstone depends on feedback in the room. Missing one week is recoverable. Missing three is not, and you would be better served enrolling in a later cohort.
No. Pay in full is $997. The two-payment option is $549 today and $549 automatically 30 days later, a total of $1,098. The difference covers the processing and administration of a split payment. Both options get identical access, and both are subject to the same all-sales-final terms.
Not directly, and it would be dishonest to say otherwise. The curriculum is designed against the IAAP CAP Body of Knowledge so you can self-submit for recertification points through IAAP or your employer. Provider approval is in progress. Digital Zen does not yet issue CEUs.
Because this cohort is eight people and the coaching load per person is high. Founding members get the lowest price the program will ever carry, in exchange for being the first group through and giving direct feedback on the format. Later cohorts will be priced against the outcome, not the launch.
If enrollment does not reach the minimum needed to run a real cohort, you will hear from Kristy directly before September 15 with two options: a full refund, or a guaranteed seat in the next cohort at the founding price. That is the one situation where money comes back — the all-sales-final policy covers your decision to withdraw, not a cohort that never runs.
